Job Description

Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst - Integration in Oracle's Support organization, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to customers while advocating for their needs. Your role involves resolving non-technical inquiries and technical troubleshooting via phone and electronic channels for Electronic Support Services. Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitating relationships and assisting internal teams with escalated issues.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic means.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to Oracle Electronic Support Services.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer support needs.
  • Facilitate strong customer relationships within the Support organization.
  • Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations.
  • Handle escalated issues and diverse customer scenarios effectively.
  • Focus on integration-related support for Oracle products and services.
  • Advocate for customer needs to improve support processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required (position available only to US Citizens).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products and integration technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in technical support or troubleshooting environments.
  • Ability to handle phone and electronic customer interactions proficiently.
  • Proven problem-solving skills for complex customer issues.
