Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage with enterprise customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area to identify OCI opportunities.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations showcasing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure benefits.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create customized cloud solution proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on OCI features, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Support customer success post-sale through adoption guidance and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, OCI, AWS, Azure, or similar technologies.
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills; fluency in both required.
• Ability to travel within Tokyo area as needed for customer meetings.
