Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking Undergrad Software Engineers (C/C++) for new college grads graduating with a bachelor's degree by June/July 2026. This fully in-office role in Santa Clara, CA or Burlington, MA offers hands-on experience building high-performance cloud infrastructure. Target start dates are June 1st or July 13th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize C/C++ code for OCI's distributed systems and cloud services.
• Contribute to low-latency, high-throughput infrastructure components.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex performance issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on designing scalable system architectures.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform code reviews.
• Work on real-time data processing and storage systems.
• Participate in agile sprints and on-call rotations for system reliability.
• Learn and apply OCI's engineering best practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (graduating by June/July 2026 or within 12 months prior).
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time in Santa Clara, CA or Burlington, MA.
