Overview

We’re seeking a visionary VA VISN Regional Executive to lead government engagement and deployment efforts across a designated Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN). As the trusted advisor to regional VA leadership, you will drive standardized deployment strategies that exceed contractual commitments across VA medical centers. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison and trusted advisor to regional VA leadership within assigned VISN.
• Spearhead deployment initiatives across VA medical centers and associated facilities.
• Develop and execute standardized strategies to meet and exceed contractual obligations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Oracle healthcare solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government officials, clinicians, and administrators.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and user adoption.
• Report performance metrics and outcomes to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in healthcare IT or government contracting.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise software in federal healthcare environments.
• Deep knowledge of VA systems, VISN operations, and federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, HIPAA).
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-suite and government stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Oracle Cloud or ERP implementation experience highly desirable.
