Overview

As the Oracle Cloud WMS & Inventory Lead (Senior Principal Consultant), you will serve as the functional authority for Oracle WMS Cloud and Fusion Inventory Management solutions within Oracle Cloud SCM. You will lead implementation, optimization, and support for warehouse management and inventory processes for enterprise clients across the United States. This role demands deep expertise to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud WMS and Inventory Management modules.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting for client inventory strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and advanced inventory controls.
• Develop and deliver functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate WMS/Inventory with other SCM, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure post-go-live support excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations, with 5+ years focused on Cloud WMS and Inventory Management.
• Oracle Cloud SCM certification (WMS and Inventory Management preferred).
• Proven track record leading large-scale Oracle Cloud projects in warehouse and inventory domains.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry-specific processes (manufacturing, retail, distribution).
• Strong consulting skills with experience in client-facing roles and agile project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in prototyping/configuring Oracle Cloud solutions.
