Key Responsibilities

• Timely receipt, financial approval, formalization, and control of client orders.
• Processing primary accounting documentation in 1C related to orders.
• Collecting, archiving, and submitting complete sets of shipping documents to suppliers under registry.
• Performing monthly reconciliations with clients on originals of expenditure and return invoices, acceptance-transfer acts, and shipping documents.
• Working with order schedules, tracking shipment timeliness and order submissions.
• Managing disposal orders and client returns.
• Supporting the claims process.
• Maintaining comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek candidates who bring the right mix of education, skills, and mindset:

• Higher or secondary specialized education.
• Preferably, experience with 1C programs and MS Excel.
• Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, responsibility, and quick learnability.
