Key Responsibilities at Lululemon

• Lead OD Expertise: Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on major transformation initiatives, guiding senior stakeholders through complex changes.
• Evolve Methodologies: Continuously refine Lululemon's OD framework, incorporating external research and best practices for optimal governance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze organizational health metrics to uncover opportunities and support enterprise-wide OD projects.
• Enable Partners: Equip P&C Business Partners with tools, templates, and processes for scalable org structures, including targeted training delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise Transformation, Workforce Planning, Change Management, People Analytics, and Compensation teams.
• Stakeholder Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with business leaders, leveraging deep knowledge of Lululemon's operations.
• Training & Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance organizational design capabilities across the Business Partnering team.
• Impact Measurement: Assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives on business performance and employee experience.
• Innovation Focus: Apply entrepreneurial spirit to innovate processes that drive real, lasting change.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as Lululemon's Organization Design Manager, bring these qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 6-8+ years in Business Transformation, Change Management, HR, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or Org Design—with strong OD focus.
• Exceptional presentation, communication (written/verbal), project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in global organizations, startups, or consulting is a plus; OrgVue proficiency highly valued.
