Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing PepsiCo's sales strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing for field activities based on sales targets, current priorities, and key updates provided by the PO1 OT Sales Supervisor.
  • Conducting customer meetings in local chain stores to guide clients on new product listings, optimizing shelf shares according to market share, and managing overall customer interactions.
  • Executing daily customer visits in line with PepsiCo's defined standards and route plans, ensuring regularity and timeliness.
  • Determining optimal order quantities for food and beverage products and effectively directing customers to maximize sales.
  • Ensuring all PepsiCo products are available in sufficient quantities and varieties through daily loading activities.
  • Monitoring stock levels to maintain control and prevent shortages.
  • Conducting detailed store audits to identify growth and efficiency opportunities that boost volume and profitability.
  • Implementing store execution standards (distribution, space, positioning, visibility, variety, promotions, POP materials, freshness, and service) during visits and sales activities.
  • Opening permanent extra displays, and during insert and activity periods, securing displays for featured products.
  • Completing end-of-day administrative tasks related to sales processes.
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly targets in collaboration with the PO1 Sales Supervisor.
  • Verifying customer account information and handling collections as needed.
  • Properly using and maintaining assigned products, documents, vehicles, and devices per legal and company procedures.
  • Adhering to warehouse loading rules, directing distributors in presell routines, and tracking goods.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Military service completed or exempt (for male candidates).
  • Minimum B-class driver's license with active vehicle driving capability.
  • Preferably experience in sales within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
