JOB SUMMARY:

            The Parts Manager is responsible for leading the JLG parts business in Mexico, ensuring profitable aftermarket growth, high parts availability, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction, in full compliance with JLG corporate standards.

                                                                              

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Own the Mexico parts business P&L.

  • Develop and execute the national parts sales strategy aligned with JLG objectives.

  • Serve as the main interface with JLG Corporate for purchasing, pricing, and policies.

  • Lead and develop the parts team with a results-driven mindset.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate systems, processes, and audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in parts or aftermarket management within heavy equipment, automotive sector or industrial sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and profitability.

  • Experience in International Commerce.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and customer-oriented skills.

  • English level – Intermediate or conversational level. 

  • Available to travel.

  • Valid driver's license is required.

  • Position typically works remotely, fully able to work independently unsupervised.
