JOB SUMMARY:

The scheduling coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by tracking and reconciling serial numbers, managing defects and rework, verifying labeling, and ensuring all production paperwork and work orders are accurately completed and closed through direct support on the production floor. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.

  • Track and maintain accurate serial number records throughout the production process
  • Perform opening and closing defect reviews to ensure quality compliance
  • Conduct serial number reconciliation to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Provide direct, hands-on support to production floor personnel as needed
  • Verify proper application of labels and serial numbers to all materials
  • Monitor, collect, and organize all required paperwork for doors and unibodies
  • Ensure all defects and rework items are properly closed out for all work orders (WOs)

QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • 6 months + experience in the manufacturing
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.                                                                        

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This position involves a combination of office-based responsibilities and hands-on activities within the production environment.
  • In the office setting, duties may include extended computer use, prolonged periods of sitting, and participation in meetings and planning sessions. The production environment is a climate-controlled, operational automotive assembly area that supports daily manufacturing activities.
  • The role includes public speaking responsibilities, including leading training sessions and conducting employee certifications.

Pay Range:

$42,100.00 - $64,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
