  • Perform random quality checks to ensure service standards are being met
  • Ensure adherence to EH&S policies and practices across all service operations
  • Actively participate in RQC (Reliability, Quality, and Cost) & Safety meetings to review issues and progress
  • Ensure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules
  • Conduct EH&S inspections/audits as per assigned quota and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion dates
  • Conduct FPAs (Fatality Prevention Audits) and complete corrective actions within targeted completion dates
  • Participate in incident investigations as required
  • Meet clients regularly to build rapport and maintain strong relationships
  • Communicate with examiners on a regular basis, address their problems, and foster confidence
  • Correspond with clients for contract renewals and quotations for PA (Price Adjustment) settlements
  • Negotiate with clients for price fixation of contracts, T-order business, and Mod Orders
  • Handle effective conversions when necessary to retain and expand service agreements
  • Make efforts for acquisition and recoveries and achieving the target set
  • Follow-up on invoices/payments to ensure timely revenue collection
  • Update necessary conversion/recovery cancellations into the system
  • Indent material and coordinate with Stores for required materials
  • Review Net O (Net Outstanding) / Payment regularly to manage financial performance
