Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the World Headquarters (WHQ) Connecticut Campus and North America branch facilities.
  • Develop and implement facility management strategies, programs, and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment.
  • Manage the annual multi-site campus facility budget, providing forecasting and identifying cost reduction initiatives.
  • Manage third-party facilities management partners, ensuring performance against SLAs and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain risk mitigation protocols to ensure a safe, healthy, clean, and productive workplace environment.
  • Manage WHQ campus-specific real estate projects from planning through closeout, including scoping, budgets, schedules, procurement, and contractor performance.
  • Lead space relocations, program moves, and departmental reconfigurations.
  • Partner with Real Estate, HR, IT, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution with minimal business disruption.
  • Manage real estate-related projects including new site openings, expansions, relocations, renovations, and decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with brokers, landlords, architects, engineers, and internal partners to deliver timely, cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide scoping for key major global real estate and workplace projects supporting the annual capital plan.
  • Oversee event management, supporting on-site meetings, executive visits, and employee engagement activities at WHQ.
  • Manage visitor and guest experience, ensuring seamless arrival, hospitality, and security coordination at WHQ.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site executive leadership, providing updates, guidance, and partnership on campus operations at WHQ.
  • Lead and maintain campus concierge services, addressing employee and operational needs at WHQ.
