As a Service Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets, providing exceptional account management, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that deliver value and ensure their vertical transportation systems operate efficiently and reliably.
Imagine starting your day by reviewing your sales pipeline and identifying key accounts to focus on. You prepare for a customer presentation, highlighting the benefits of our preventative maintenance programs and how they can reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of their equipment. You visit a client site to discuss their current service agreement, addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities to upgrade their systems or add additional services.
You then spend time prospecting for new business, researching potential customers and developing targeted sales strategies. You collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer issues promptly. Throughout the day, you meticulously update your CRM system with customer interactions, sales progress, and forecasts. You end the day by preparing a sales report for your Branch Manager, outlining your achievements and planned activities for the following day.
