As an Outside Pro Sales Representative for Southern LA/Orange County, you'll own a portfolio of professional customers in residential repaint, commercial painting, and multi-family housing. Partner with Pro Paint Specialists and Territory Sales Reps to provide timely product delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
Drive gallon growth and revenue increases through relationship-building, problem-solving, and expert closing techniques.
Actively grow your customer base with a focus on long-term partnerships, leveraging bilingual skills for diverse contractors.
To succeed, bring a self-starter mindset with independent drive and team collaboration. A proven track record in sales is essential, ideally in home improvement. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are key. Digital fluency, including CRM tools like Salesforce (training provided), is required. A high school diploma or GED is minimum; a bachelor’s degree is welcomed. Bilingual abilities are a plus for our diverse base.
