Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Driver, your core duties focus on exceptional guest service and operational excellence:

• Operate the hotel shuttle service, picking up and dropping off guests at local destinations on a request or scheduled basis, following airport procedures and traffic rules.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and promote amenities to enhance their stay.
• Handle all guest complaints, comments, and challenges with empathy, finding solutions to achieve full satisfaction.
• Load and unload luggage, transport it to guest rooms using carts, log trips, retain fuel receipts, and stay in contact with front office via radio.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel it regularly, report maintenance issues, and assist other departments or clean lobby areas like polishing carts and stocking newspapers when schedule allows.

Additional Support Duties

Beyond driving, assist in arranging taxis for out-of-area travel, pick up local materials for departments, and contribute to the Radisson experience through personal attention and teamwork.
