Role Overview

The Packaging Supervisor - Weekend Shift position in Levis, Quebec, reports to the department manager and plays a pivotal role in factory operations. This full-time role involves close collaboration with team members to manage frontline employees, foster skill development, and ensure smooth production processes. Working weekend shifts (Friday 11 PM to Saturday 11 AM, Saturday 11 PM to Sunday 11 AM, plus an 8-hour shift on Monday or Friday), you'll drive daily performance while upholding PepsiCo's high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership position, your core duties include:

• Managing the daily performance of your team in line with established standards.
• Reviewing and adjusting daily priorities to achieve departmental targets.
• Ensuring full compliance with PepsiCo policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Completing daily production follow-up reports accurately and on time.
• Leading engaging shift-start meetings to align and motivate employees.
• Developing team members to enhance their decision-making in operational needs.
• Collaborating with supervisors from other departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A High School Diploma (DES) or equivalent, with relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging, or the food and beverage sector.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing team knowledge and competencies.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovative solutions.

Prior supervisory experience in a production environment is highly preferred, along with the flexibility to work weekend overnight shifts.
