Activity Assistant – Tiburon Hills Care Center
Location: Tiburon, CA
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-Time
Tiburon Hills Care Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activity Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. If you love engaging with seniors, creating joyful moments, and supporting meaningful daily activities, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities
Help residents participate in recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
Support documentation of attendance and resident engagement
Encourage participation and foster a warm, positive environment
Work closely with the Activity Director and care team
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in activities or caregiving (preferred, not required)
Creativity and a passion for serving the elderly
