Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Full-Time & Part-Time | Vineyard Post Acute – Petaluma, CA
Pay: $50–$55 per hour (DOE)

Vineyard Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team. Position Summary

The COTA supports the Occupational Therapist in delivering high-quality, individualized therapy services to help residents achieve optimal functional outcomes.






Key Responsibilities
  • Provide treatment as directed by the Occupational Therapist in accordance with the care plan

  • Document daily treatment notes, weekly progress updates, and recertification documentation per OT Board requirements

  • Assist with training Restorative Aides

  • Communicate patient progress and concerns with the OT, nursing team, and other healthcare staff

  • Educate families, caregivers, and nursing staff on home programs and discharge planning

  • Assist in maintaining the treatment area and reporting equipment issues

  • Participate in staff in-services and facility education programs
