Now Hiring: Per Diem COTA
Whitney Oaks Care Center
$45–$50/hour
15–20 hours per week

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a Compassionate and Motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

Position Highlights:

  • Per diem position

  • Approximately 15–20 hours per week

  • Competitive pay: $45–$50/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents

  • Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support resident goals

  • Promote safety, independence, and quality of life for residents

Requirements:

  • Current California COTA license in good standing

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
