Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County. We provide long‑ and short‑term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming setting. Our facility features:

  • Private rooms with en‑suite bathrooms
  • Expansive common areas that encourage social engagement
  • A wide variety of activities to support emotional and social well‑being
  • Modern therapy spaces and equipment
  • A collaborative team culture supported by PACS Services, allowing us to focus on what matters most — our residents


Your Role as a COTA

Working under the guidance of licensed Occupational Therapists, you will:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery
  • Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and activities of daily living
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans
  • Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session while documenting care accurately

  • Valid COTA certification and California licensure

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting is a plus
