Job Description



Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living is Hiring a Charge Nurse!

Shift: Full-time, 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm 3-4 days a week

At Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in CO

Experience as a Charge Nurse, 1-3 years

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred

Rate

LPN - $33-$40/hour, RN- $43-$53/hour
