General Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to their assessment and care plan, while adhering to the directives of supervisors.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents as outlined in their care plans.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and dignity.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
