Position Summary
As a CNA at Crystal Ridge Care Center, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, safety, and dignity. You’ll work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Accurately document care, vital signs, and food/fluid intake
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed
Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
Promote a calm, respectful, and positive environment
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in the State of California
CPR certification preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
Strong communication and observational skills
