As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hemet Hills Post Acute, you’ll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents with daily activities and supporting their journey to recovery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions
• Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals
• Creating smiles and making someone’s day—every day!

• Valid California CNA certification
