Position Summary
As a CNA at Lincoln Meadows Care Center, you will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities (Summary):
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Accurately document care, vital signs, and intake/output as directed
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Support admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure resident comfort
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
Observe and report skin conditions, pressure areas, and safety concerns
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in the State of California
CPR certification preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and observational skills
