Overview

Medical Hill Healthcare Center is looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our caring team. The primary purpose of your position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by your supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.

• Assist with daily living activities as per each resident's care plan.

• Document care provided and any changes in resident conditions to your supervisors.

• Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure high-quality care.
