Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide compassionate bedside care, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nurses and healthcare teams
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents during the overnight hours
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in California
- A passion for elder care and a commitment to resident well-being
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Availability to work overnight shifts (NOC)
