Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the Role

As a CNA, you will provide daily nursing care and support to assigned residents in accordance with their care plans and facility policies. You’ll work closely with our nursing team to ensure comfort, safety, and high-quality service for every resident.






Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

  • Measure and record vital signs; monitor and report changes in condition

  • Assist residents with meals, hydration, and after-meal care

  • Maintain clean, safe, and prepared resident rooms

  • Escort residents during admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Respond promptly to call lights and ensure frequent checks for residents needing assistance

  • Record care in charts, notes, and flow sheets using approved abbreviations

  • Follow all facility procedures regarding privacy, infection control, and safety

  • Report incidents, equipment issues, and concerns promptly

  • Participate in shift reports and team communication

  • Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed
