What You’ll Do:

  • Provide daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living in line with residents’ care plans.

  • Help residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort needs while maintaining their dignity and independence.

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.

  • Report any changes in resident condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.

  • Create a warm and positive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.

  • Assist with transfers, admissions, discharges, and restorative activities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information.

  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other nursing and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active California CNA certification in good standing.

  • Genuine compassion for seniors and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
