What You’ll Do:
Provide daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living in line with residents’ care plans.
Help residents with mobility, hygiene, meals, and comfort needs while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
Report any changes in resident condition promptly to the Charge Nurse.
Create a warm and positive environment that promotes resident well-being and satisfaction.
Assist with transfers, admissions, discharges, and restorative activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other nursing and support staff.
Qualifications:
Active California CNA certification in good standing.
Genuine compassion for seniors and a team-oriented attitude.
Strong attention to detail, dependability, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
