Orchard View Post Acute and Colonial Vista Post Acute are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

We’re offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

• Full-Time: $30–$40 per hour

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility

• Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered goals

• Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional therapy environment

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
