Job Description
Now Hiring: Day Shift STNA Aides (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Location: Dublin Post Acute
Shift: Day Shift (7a–7p)
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our day shift team. If you are passionate about resident care and want to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Accurately document care provided
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care team
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications:
Active Ohio STNA certification in good standing
Ability to work 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred (not required)
