Job Description
As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
Requirements
Successful candidates MUST have the following:
Cooking Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), restaurant, or hotel.
Recipe Adherence: Ability to read and follow specific recipes without supervision.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and staff.
Food Handlers Card: Must hold a valid Food Handlers Card.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Language Skills: Ability to read technical procedures.
