Job Title: Activities Aide (Full-Time)
Location: Dublin Post Acute – Dublin, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic Activities Aide to join our team! The Activities Aide plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and assisting with engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily group and one-on-one activities

  • Encourage resident participation and promote socialization

  • Support special events, holidays, and community outings

  • Document resident participation and progress as required

  • Transport residents to and from activities as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity environment

  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs



Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Prior experience in long-term care or activities preferred (but not required)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screening
