Occupational Therapist (OT) – McKinley Park Care Center

Starting at $60-$68/hr | Full-Time

McKinley Park Care Center is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who’s ready to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. If you’re motivated, team-oriented, and love helping people regain independence and confidence, we’d love to meet you!






What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapy to improve strength, mobility, ADLs, and functional independence

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and discharge planning

  • Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely

  • Educate residents and families on home programs and adaptive strategies






What We’re Looking For
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing (state requirements apply)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus (but not required!)

  • A caring, motivated attitude and commitment to quality patient care
