Occupational Therapist (OT) – McKinley Park Care Center
Starting at $60-$68/hr | Full-Time
McKinley Park Care Center is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who’s ready to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. If you’re motivated, team-oriented, and love helping people regain independence and confidence, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve strength, mobility, ADLs, and functional independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident goals and discharge planning
Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
Educate residents and families on home programs and adaptive strategies
What We’re Looking For
Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing (state requirements apply)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus (but not required!)
A caring, motivated attitude and commitment to quality patient care
