Schedule: Full-Time, flexible weekday hours

About Us:
At Kettering Heights Post Acute, we don’t just provide care—we bring joy, movement, and independence back into our residents’ lives. Our team is a mix of laughter, compassion, and dedication, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant who’s ready to make every day brighter (and a little more active) for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist our Physical Therapists with daily therapy sessions for residents

  • Lead gentle exercises, stretches, and mobility activities

  • Encourage, motivate, and celebrate residents’ progress (high-fives encouraged!)

  • Track and report patient progress to the therapy team

  • Help keep therapy areas safe, organized, and fun

Who You Are:

  • Licensed/Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Compassionate, patient, and upbeat—your energy makes residents’ day

  • Enjoys working in a team and connecting with seniors

  • Previous experience with geriatric care is a bonus, but a big heart matters most
