Compensation: $40–$45/HR DOE
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes

• Supervise CNAs and ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Oregon

• Strong clinical and communication skills
