Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Shift: Day Shift Only
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our SNF/LTC team on day shift. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents while supporting a positive and professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Accurately document care provided
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain safety, infection control, and quality care standards
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of employment
SNF/LTC experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach
