LVN Job Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Manage care for residents with acute and chronic needs
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate electronic documentation
Use critical thinking and make independent care decisions
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
