LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) – Ridgeway Post Acute

$40–$44/hr | 4/2 Rotation | Rotating Weekends

Schedule

4/2 rotation (4 days on / 2 days off)
Rotating weekends






What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

  • Monitor resident condition and report changes to the RN/physician

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and outcomes

  • Complete documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies






What We’re Looking For
  • Current California LVN license (active and in good standing)

  • Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred (but not required)

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

  • A caring, positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
