LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) – Ridgeway Post Acute
$40–$44/hr | 4/2 Rotation | Rotating Weekends

Schedule
✅ 4/2 rotation (4 days on / 2 days off)
✅ Rotating weekends
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor resident condition and report changes to the RN/physician
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans and outcomes
Complete documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
What We’re Looking For
Current California LVN license (active and in good standing)
Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
A caring, positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care
