What You'll Be Doing
As an LVN, you will:
Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and heart
Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety at all times
Help maintain a clean and organized care environment
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and wellbeing
Collaborate with the care team to uphold regulatory compliance and care standards
Whether assisting with clinical tasks, care planning, restorative support, or family communication — you're a key part of maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere on every shift.
🧠 What You Bring
Active LVN license in California — in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced situations
