Vineyard Post Acute is Hiring for AM shift!

Title : LVN
Vineyard Post Acute – Petaluma, CA

Schedule - 6:30am-3:00pm, on a 4-2 rotation
Pay: $41 - $44 per hour, DOE



Vineyard Post Acute is hiring a full time Licensed Nurse to join our dedicated nursing team in Petaluma, CA. Our skilled nursing and post acute facility is focused on providing exceptional care, and we are looking for compassionate LVNs who are committed to resident well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor and document resident status and progress

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team

  • Educate and support residents and families on care plans






Qualifications
  • Current California LVN license

  • Current CPR or BLS certification

  • Strong assessment and communication skills

  • Team player with a compassionate, resident-centered approach

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post acute care preferred, but not required
