Ridgeway Post Acute is hiring Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support our weekend nursing team. This role is ideal for LVNs seeking consistent weekend hours in a supportive, resident-centered skilled nursing facility without the commitment of full-time scheduling.

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and regulations

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team

• Accurately document care and resident status

• Respond effectively in urgent or high-pressure situations

• Promote a respectful, compassionate, and resident-focused environment

• Active California LVN license (required)

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care

• Ability to work weekend shifts consistently
