At Roseville Care Center, we are dedicated to helping our residents live their best lives — and we’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working closely with patients, families, and staff to promote independence and improve quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy based on physician-directed plans to support recovery and daily living skills.

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and train Restorative Aides.

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, families, and other care team members on patient progress and discharge planning.

• Document evaluations, daily and weekly treatment notes, and progress reports per OT Board and payer requirements.

• Educate families and caregivers on maintenance programs for continued care after discharge.

• Recommend and assist with ordering adaptive equipment to support independence.

• Participate in care conferences, staff training, and in-service programs.

• Maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, and contribute to a positive, resident-focused environment.
