Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $33-$39

*$5,000 Bonus paid: $1,000 paid after 90 days, $2,000 paid after 6 months & $2,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for active, full-time employees only
