Help Patients Regain Independence—One Day at a Time
In a skilled nursing facility, progress is measured in moments: the first transfer without help, standing a little taller, walking a few more steps than yesterday. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values those moments and wants to be part of a close-knit care team dedicated to helping residents reclaim independence and quality of life.
If you’re passionate about functional rehab, consistency of care, and building genuine patient relationships, this could be the perfect fit.
Consistent patient population that allows you to see real progress over time
Collaborative interdisciplinary team including OT, SLP, nursing, and medical staff
A supportive leadership team that respects your clinical expertise
Structured schedules that promote work-life balance
A culture focused on dignity, compassion, and patient-centered care
Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing setting
Design functional, goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence
Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
Educate residents and families to support safe transitions and long-term success
Document care accurately while collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes
Licensed Physical Therapist
Compassionate clinician with strong clinical reasoning skills
Comfortable working with medically complex and geriatric populations
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome
Competitive compensation based on experience $51-$66
Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
Paid time off and holiday pay
Continuing education and professional development support
Mentorship and orientation for new clinicians
A stable, mission-driven workplace
