What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing setting

  • Design functional, goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence

  • Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury

  • Educate residents and families to support safe transitions and long-term success

  • Document care accurately while collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes






Who We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Physical Therapist

  • Compassionate clinician with strong clinical reasoning skills

  • Comfortable working with medically complex and geriatric populations

  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

  • New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome
