Location: Bakersfield Post Acute – Bakersfield, CA
Pay: Starting at $65.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate and assess residents to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver hands-on therapeutic care focused on recovery, mobility, and independence

  • Collaborate with a team of skilled nurses, CNAs, and therapy professionals

  • Monitor and document progress while adjusting care plans as needed

  • Educate residents, families, and staff on exercises and rehab best practices

  • Provide care in a nurturing, long-term care environment focused on transition and healing



What We’re Looking For:
  • Active California Physical Therapist license

  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset

  • Passion for serving geriatric populations
