Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Bakersfield Post Acute – Bakersfield, CA
Pay: Starting at $65.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and assess residents to develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic care focused on recovery, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with a team of skilled nurses, CNAs, and therapy professionals
Monitor and document progress while adjusting care plans as needed
Educate residents, families, and staff on exercises and rehab best practices
Provide care in a nurturing, long-term care environment focused on transition and healing
What We’re Looking For:
Active California Physical Therapist license
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
Passion for serving geriatric populations
