Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Arvin Post Acute – Arvin, CA
Schedule: Per Diem / Flexible Hours
Pay: $65–$75/hour DOE

Job Description:
Arvin Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our skilled nursing facility in Arvin, CA. This is a flexible opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team and deliver high-quality rehab services to patients in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations and develop care plans

• Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care

• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs

• Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning

• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records

Qualifications:

• CA Licensed Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited PT program

• CPR certified (or willing to obtain)

• SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
