Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating patients' mobility, strength, and balance to develop effective treatment strategies.

  • Administering a range of therapeutic techniques and exercises to reduce pain and restore function.

  • Communicating with physicians and other team members regarding patient progress and care plans.

  • Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and training Restorative Aides to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Coordinating with patients, families, and staff for successful discharge planning and post-therapy maintenance programs.

  • Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
