Physical Therapist (PT) – $65–$75/hr | Sonoma Post Acute
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN | Flexible Schedule

Requirements
Active California PT License (required)
Skilled nursing/post-acute experience is a plus (not required!)
Team-first attitude + strong patient care
