We’re looking for a compassionate and dynamic PTA who thrives in a collaborative setting and brings great energy to patient care. Whether you're helping a resident take their first steps post-recovery or guiding them through strengthening routines, your role is critical in their journey.

• Assist in delivering top-notch therapeutic treatments as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist

• Encourage and support residents in achieving their mobility and rehab goals

• Monitor and report patient progress

• Document therapy services per state and federal guidelines

• Create a positive, uplifting experience for residents every step of the way

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for improving quality of life

• Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab a plus!

• Hourly pay starting at $45-$55/hr (Depending on experience)
